del carbonio con altri elementi come idrogeno, zolfo, alogeni, fosforo e ossigeno.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il termine \u201corganica\u201d deriva dal fatto che la maggior parte di questi composti provengono da organismi viventi<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prima di iniziare a parlare dei composti veri e propri bisogna avere ben chiaro il concetto di <em><strong>isomeria<\/strong><\/em>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli isomeri sono composti che hanno la stessa formula molecolare, ma diversa formula di struttura, vediamolo meglio insieme con un esempio stereoisomeria, ovvero quando due molecole hanno la stessa struttura, stessa formula bruta, ma diversa rotazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"GLI_IDROCARBURI\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GLI IDROCARBURI<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli idrocarburi sono dei composti organici formati da atomi di C e H e possono essere<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">idrocarburi aromatici: chiamati cos\u00ec perch\u00e9 emanano odore, sono composti molto stabili, di cui il pi\u00f9 importante \u00e8 il benzene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">idrocarburi alifatici: non sono dotati di aromaticit\u00e0 e quindi non contengono anelli benzenici. Possono essere:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">saturi: contengono legami C-C semplici<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">insaturi: contengono legami C-C doppi o tripli<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ciclici: hanno una catena aperta\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aciclici: hanno una catena chiusa <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ALCANI\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ALCANI<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli alcani sono degli idrocarburi che possiedono solo legami singoli. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricorda che:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il carbonio ha sempre ibridazione sp3<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avendo ibridazione sp3 e legami singoli la loro forma \u00e8 tetraedrica<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sono idrocarburi saturi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sono presenti isomeri di struttura<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La loro formula generale \u00e8 C<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2n+2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dove n sta per il numero di carboni.
