Sono quattro propriet\u00e0:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Abbassamento della tensione del vapore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per capire questa propriet\u00e0 ripassiamo la legge di Raoult :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLa tensione di vapore di una soluzione ideale \u00e8 uguale alla somma delle tensioni di vapore dei componenti della soluzione, moltiplicate per la relativa frazione molare in fase liquida. \u201c\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tensione di vapore di una soluzione \u00e8 direttamente proporzionale alla frazione molare del solvente. Se le molecole del soluto si legano a quelle del solvente, esse diminuiscono e passano allo stato di vapore con una conseguente diminuzione della tensione di vapore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Innalzamento ebullioscopico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rappresenta l\u2019aumento della temperatura di ebollizione di una soluzione rispetto a quella del solvente puro ed \u00e8 direttamente proporzionale alla concentrazione molare del soluto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Abbassamento crioscopico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rappresenta la diminuzione della temperatura di congelamento di una soluzione rispetto alla temperatura di congelamento del solvente puro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 direttamente proporzionale alla concentrazione molare del soluto; ovvero quando diminuisce il punto di solidificazione della soluzione, \u00e8 avvenuto un abbassamento crioscopico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Pressione osmotica\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pressione osmotica o idrostatica \u00e8 quella pressione esercitata dalle particelle di solvente che passano da una soluzione a concentrazione minore ad una con concentrazione maggiore.
